At kdpcover.com, we understand that circumstances may change and you may need to cancel or request a refund for your book cover design or formatting services. We have a fair and flexible cancellation/refund policy in place to accommodate these situations.

Cancellation Policy

If the work on your book cover design or formatting has not yet begun, we will issue a full refund.
If the work on your book cover design or formatting has begun, a refund will be issued based on the percentage of work completed.
If the book cover design or formatting is completed, no refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the final book cover design or formatting, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the final files.
We will work with you to make revisions to the book cover design or formatting to meet your satisfaction.
If we are unable to make revisions to meet your satisfaction, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the content or story of the book.
Refunds will not be issued after 7 days of receiving the final files.
Please note that all refunds are at the discretion of kdpcover.com and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
